I was hugely grateful to Chief Executive Zannah Chisholm and the team at Pavilion Dance South West for offering me my first freelance contract. My role was to keep the organisation’s marketing function ticking over while they recruited a full time Marketing & Communications Manager. During a busy period for the theatre, I oversaw the introduction of a new ticketing system (Spektrix), website CMS and classes and courses brochure, as well as providing line management support to the marketing officer.
